Job Title: Personal Assistant
- Provide support to the MD
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD.
- Organising events and meetings.
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff,clients etc.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- HND in related field.
- Minimum of 1year proven work experience as a personal assistant.
