News Anchor – English at MegaLectrics Limited

MegaLectrics Limited is a Radio Broadcasting Company, with head office located at 26 Keffi Street, Off Awolowo Road, Ikoyi Lagos. We are the operator of Beat FM, Classic FM, Naija FM, and Lagostalks FM. We have our radio stations located across four locations in Nigeria, Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Abuja and recently London in the UK.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: News Anchor – English

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• A Degree in Journalism or a related field
• at least 3 years active experience as a news anchor on a radio or TV
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Smooth and pleasant audio delivery
• Must be able to deliver breaking news timely and in a concise manner
• Must have good news judgment
• Knowledge of the community as well as national and world events
• Must be digitally savvy, proficient with Microsoft office suites programs.
