Blues D Perunovich to undergo season-ending shoulder surgery
Scott Perunovich, one of the St. Louis Blues‘ top defenseman prospects and a member of this season’s taxi squad, is out for the season.
The Blues announced Thursday that Perunovich, 22, will have season-ending left shoulder surgery on Friday in St. Louis.
Perunovich, a second-round draft pick in 2018 and one of the most highly decorated college players in recent seasons, is expected to recover in time for the 2021-22 season.
