Blues sign forward Jacob de la Rose to one-year deal

Jacob de la Rose, who came to St. Louis in an early-season trade for Robby Fabbri, will be back with the Blues next season.

The 25-year-old forward signed a one-year, one-way contract worth $700,000 with the Blues, the team announced Thursday.

De la Rose tallied four points (one goal, three assists) in in 34 games after being acquired Nov. 6 from Detroit. The 34th overall draft pick by Montreal in 2013, de la Rose has 37 points (13 goals, 24 assists) in 229 career NHL games.
