Mirotic was reportedly in line for a major payday this week, but is instead leaving the NBA for EuroLeague club Barcelona. Mirotic played for Real Madrid from 2008-14, so this isn’t entirely out of left field, but a rotation-caliber NBA player heading overseas in his prime with millions on the table? That’s new. Hey, if you’re going to make money playing basketball, there are worse places to do it.
