Bucks to allow 1,800 fans per game at Fiserv Forum

Milwaukee fans will be back at Fiserv Forum, beginning Tuesday night with the Bucks’ clash against the Toronto Raptors.

The Milwaukee Health Department approved the arena to host fans at 10% capacity, which is approximately 1,800 fans per game.

The next three contests will be open to player families and invited guests only. There will be 250 fans allowed in Milwaukee’s game against Toronto on Tuesday. That number raises to 500 on Thursday in a rematch against the Raptors and 750 on Friday vs. Oklahoma City.

More Bucks coverage

The return of the general public will take place Sunday when approximately 1,800 fans are allowed into Fiserv Forum for the Bucks’ game against Sacramento.

The Milwaukee Health Department will take another look at the Bucks’ plan and could possibly allow 25% of fans to attend games in the second half of the season.

“We are beyond excited to welcome back our great fans to Bucks games, even in a limited capacity,” team president Peter Feigin said in a statement. “Our fans have been deeply missed by the players, coaches and Bucks and arena staffs, and we are thrilled to open our doors once again. While we are still in the midst of a pandemic, and our lives are not back to normal, this is a positive step for the Bucks and the city.”

Fans will be required to wear face coverings at all times while inside Fiserv Forum, aside from eating or drinking. Concessions will be purchased using a contactless option like mobile apps and self-serve kiosks. All fans seated within 30 feet of the court will be required to take a rapid COVID-19 test before entering the arena.
