Kolobox is a startup Fintech Investment Firm located at Ikeja, Lagos. The company is at a verge of expanding its customer base using the digital technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service / Administrative Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage the company social media pages/platforms
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties and Secretary duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Management Science
  • Applicant must not be older than 27
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess “can do and deliver spirit”
  • Proficiency in Micro Soft Office
  • Applicant must reside in Lagos.
