We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Events Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

Manage project progress and adapt necessary work strategies where required.
Prepare detailed pre/post event reports on all activities carried out during client driven projects and our business initiatives.
Ensure all projects meet deadlines as communicated with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
Oversees different initiatives or projects, monitors their progress/completion, and ensures that they meet agreed expectations.
Work directly with vendors and clients to negotiate contracts for various services and products related to the event.
Preparation of proposal to clients for proposed event.
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
