Key Duties / Responsibilities

Day to day management of the hotel and its staff.
Ensuring an efficient & profitable operation by providing excellent guest service & motivation of staff.
Efficient supervision of department heads to ensure overall satisfaction of our associates, clients and guests.
You will have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services.
Has a complete knowledge of the Hotel including the geographical layout.
Knowledgeable about all VIPs in-house, Hotel functions and special events.
Enhance hotels reputation by monitoring hotels physical appearance and daily functioning.
