We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Record Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering new patient information, uploading it, and filing hard copy information properly.
  • Ensures that medical records are kept secure and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Oversees the creation, storage, and retrieval of medical records when they are required.
  • Ensure that healthcare providers are kept up to date on patients’ medical conditions and outcomes as needed.
  • Check patient records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete patient admission or discharge paperwork.
  • Oversees and organizes a system for keeping active and inactive patient medical records safe and up to date

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent in MS Office and EMR usage.
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and administration processes.
  • Proficient in information management programs and MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to details.

Salary
N104,000 net plus other benefits.
