• We are looking for a Personnel Manager, who will be in charge of not only Staffing but managing areas related to employees and their Jobs.

Responsibilities

• Recognize employee needs, gather and evaluate relevant information and trend
• Process employee requests i.e for leave or further training
• Ensure uniform and consistent administration of personnel policies

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience.

Requirements:

• Must be people oriented and result driven
• Have excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Bsc in Human Resources and other related field.

Salary

• N70,000 – N150,000 monthly.
