Job Title: Quality and Control Officer (Printing)

Location: Otta, Ogun State

Job Description

To ensure good quality materials are good as per quality standards and good products as a per customer satisfaction

Requirements

Good knowledge of printing materials, inks, adhesive, poly film, material density.
Required standards of quality parameters like Bond strength, Seal strength, COF value, Grammage testing, opacity testing etc.
Trouble shooting skill.
Good technical knowledge of shade matching, green bond testing, defects in printed, laminate and slitted materials.
ISO standards 9001:2015
Team working & Interpersonal Skills.

Qualifications/Experience

HND/B.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Printing Technology, Science laboratory Technology, Polymer Technology, Physics, Mathematics.
He should have about 5 – 10 years of experience in Flexible Packaging Industry, Self-adhesive Label printing industry in Quality Control Department.
