Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will ensure that all products/projects are of premium quality and designed to the specific needs of every respective client. This involves developing, implementing and monitoring testing procedures.

Responsibilities

Create professional testing plans and procedures.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the project scope.
Identify business requirements and prepare test scenarios.
Carry out stress testing, performance testing, and functional testing.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on product requirements.
Identify, record, document and track bugs using appropriate testing tools.
Note common, regular or repetitive errors and develop ways to fix them.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a quality assurance analyst or related role.
Practical knowledge of testing Java-based applications.
Ability to carry out automated and manual testing.
Excellent software troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with test cases and bug tracking systems.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum development process.
Ability to write clear, concise and comprehensive test cases.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies.
