Job Summary

  • To oversee sales and marketing aspects of the day to day transactions, and processes to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.

  • The sales and marketing executive’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
  • The sales and marketing executive represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product & service awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • To be a successful sales and marketing executive, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
  • Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
  • Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
  • Update and manage social media profiles.
  • Update knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management.
  • Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising and marketing promotional events.
  • Influences, communicate, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
  • Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Requirements
This is an entry-level role and as such, we’ll give you a foot in the door to prove yourself:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / BA / B.Sc / HND qualification with 0 – 1 years work experience.
  • Proven track records in sales and marketing (traditional & digital)
  • Skilful in client prospecting, persuasion and deal closure
  • A marketing, sales, or business administration degree is an added advantage
  • Experience in the real estate and property development industry is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Skilful with the use of technology and related digital tools is a must
  • Competence is key to us as we seek growth and expansion.

Salary
NGN60,000 per month and we give a very competitive commission on every deal you close.
