Job Title: Senior Human Resource Manager

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
  • Oversees and Manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff.
  • Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff.
  • Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams, and community events support, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
  • coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
  • Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
  • Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforcewith the strategic goalsof the company.
  • Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 3 – 6 years work experience.
