Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Edo

Responsibilities

To ensure the maintenance of accurate record of movement of stock in the stores.
Prepare daily and monthly stock report to the Accountant.
Supervise the posting of vouchers into the store ledger.
Ensure that adequate records are kept in all the stores location for receipts and issue of stock.
Prepare detailed analysis of stock shortage/surplus to the Accountant.
Ensure that goods received are in good condition.
Ensure the store environment is kept clean at all times.
Ensure that bin cards are maintained and posting done immediately goods are issued.
Supervise all other subordinates.
Monthly stock counts and reconciliation.
Issuance of stock to the bar, restaurants, engineering, environmental etc. on approved requisition.
Maintain records for quantity issues and purchased and analyzed.
Recovery of empties daily and monitoring of bar and restaurant stock.
Perform all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
